Acceptance of indemnity *

I am aware that inline skating has usual and unusual dangers and inherent risks including, but not limited to falls, equipment failure, hazards in the skating environment, collisions with other skaters and unforeseeable accidents, which may result in serious injury, disability or death. I assume all risks associated with taking a skating lesson/activity and all inherent and unusual or unforeseen dangers, risks and accidents. I understand and acknowledge that ALL THAT ROLLER PTE LTD does not guarantee safety during a skating lesson/activity and assumes no responsibility for patrons' safety or property. While I understand that every care has been taken by ALL THAT ROLLER PTE LTD, I confirm that I am participating on my own volition and I shall not hold ALL THAT ROLLER PTE LTD, its employees, instructors, and associates responsible in any way liable for my injury, disability, death or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the lesson/activity or my participation therein.

Parent's Consent and Terms *

Upon submission of this form, I consent to the above applicant(s), who is(are) my child/ward participating in a skating lesson/activity with ALL THAT ROLLER PTE LTD and assume all legal and other responsibilities as outlined above.While I understand that every care has been taken by ALL THAT ROLLER PTE LTD, I hereby indemnity and agree to keep ALL THAT ROLLER PTE LTD, its employees, instructors, and associates indemnified against all claims, loss or damage whatsoever in respect of my child/ward’s injury, disability, death or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the lesson/activity or his/her participation therein.

Wet Weather Plan *

*Inclement weather plan: We will inform that 30mins -1hr in advance to change the venue to the sheltered place, We will inform the details again. If there is no further notice, we carry on as usual at WCP.

Camp Terms and Condition

HOLIDAY SKATE CAMP A Camp refers to a set of 3 sessions conducted weekly at the same day of week and time. The Participant's parent / guardian may be required to assist the Participant if requested by the instructor. Once a Camp has been purchased, no change of date or time is allowed. 'No show, Forfeit one session' If the Participant chooses to cancel a Camp after payment has been made, 50% of the Camp fee is payable. A cancellation in this manner is only possible only if the Participant has not attended any session. If a Participant misses a Camp session due to illness: required to submit MC, a ROLEERCOOKIE Lesson Voucher will be issued to the Participant as a replacement for the missed session only if the Participant presents a valid medical certificate that coincides with the date of the session missed. A Camp will only commence if the minimum required number of Participants (“Min 5 Pax”) for a Camp is met. In the case a Camp does not meet Min Pax, Participant who have paid for the affected Camp will be offered a place in an alternative Camp. If no suitable alternative Camp is available, the Participant will refund or receive three ROLEERCOOKIE Lesson Voucher that can be used for purchase of future inline-skating lessons and camps.
