All That Roller was set up in 2014 by Moon JI WOOK. Moon has a strong passion to make inline skating, also known as “roller-skating,” accessible to children with special needs to skate and bond with their family members.

Prior to establishment

Coach Moon has taught in various schools and clubs such as the Roller Cookie Club and the Special Children Inline-skating Therapy programme, along with other mainstream programmes such as the Inline-skate Instructor Certified Training Programme in Singapore and Korea.

Coach Moon graduated with a bachelor in Sports Science from prestigious Seoul National University and Master in Physical Education from the graduate school at the Korea National Sports University. He worked as a class teacher in youth centre for three years, before running his own sports school, Inline-Cookie, taught PE programme for preschoolers and swimming, gymnastics and basketball to young people and senior citizens.

Coach Moon has been director of ICP Korea (since 2001), Inline Cookie & Snow Cookie. As an internationally renowned examiner of Inline Certification Program (ICP), the most widely accepted standard for inline skate education in the world, he has traveled extensively as International Examiner, trainer and speaker particularly in ICP and sporting events worldwide.

In 2004, Coach Moon was invited to the elite Korea Institute of Sports Science to serve on the Professional Panel in National Project To Promote E-sports, and was a prominent Board Member of Korea Institute of Youth Facility and Environment.
He is very passionate about all kind of sports so he has a snowboard, hydro-therapy, taekwondo and handball instructor license. Since 2008, Mr Moon has taught SCIT (Special Children Inline-skating Therapy) Programme endorsed by SSC (Singapore Sports Council) as SEP(Sports Education Programme) at Eden school, Rainbow Centre, Towner Gardens school, Fernvale Gardens school, Chaoyang school, SPASTIC and AWWA.

As Head Coach of NTU handball team, one of public woman team, Breakers, and volunteer Head coach for Singapore National Selection ‘Green Team’, he awarded contribution plaque from Singapore Handball Federation 2009.

Besides possessing a strong passion for teaching children, training instructors and developing programs and specially as guest trainer, conducted Motor Development Module at Cherie Heart in 2008 & 2009.
